In Canada, Global Clean Energy has developed a proprietary steam-reforming gasification System which converts Garbage  to biogas.  Steam-reforming gasification is an eco-friendly alternative to Landfills with the additional benefit of being self-sustaining or providing a renewable fuel source.

The company has a test gasifier is in operation, and is inviting interested customers to participate in this feasibility study and have their biomass materials tested, as the first step towards a fully operational gasification plant. At the present, the company is constructing a complete gasification Plant for Salaberry-de-ValleyField, Quebec. This plant shall incorporate a recycling facility, a gasification reactor, biogas storage facility and catalytic converter to biodiesel.
