ARPA-E, CTSI, NVCA partner on ARPA-E Energy Innovation Summit, March 1 in DC

In Washington, the DOE’s Advanced Research Projects Agency – Energy, along with the Clean Technology and Sustainable Industries Organization (CTSI), the National Venture Capital Association (NVCA) and the Kauffman Foundation, are announcing the inaugural The ARPA-E Energy Innovation Summit – March 1 – 3, 2010 at the Gaylord National Hotel & Convention Center. The Summit will present ARPA-E’s first round of awardees and – for the first time – showcase many of the 250 additional top-ranking projects – out of nearly 3,700 concept papers submitted – from ARPA-E’s first $150 million solicitation. Steven Chu, Secretary of Energy, Arun Majumdar, ARPA-E Director, Vinod Khosla, and former CIA Director James Woolsey are among the speakers.
