BlueFire Ethanol’s Concentrated Acid Hydrolysis Technology Process converts waste materials – such as sorted municipal waste, wood waste, green waste, straws, switchgrass, and corn stover – into ethanol.

Metrics: For the 1st facility, the fuel production cost will be approximately $1.60 a gallon. Fuel cost will be sub $1 a gallon at the company’s larger facilities.
